Creating my own learning system.
To activate your English learning system and become a winner you need to develop and use the following 4 elements:
1. Media library
In order to learn English you have to expose yourself to spoken English every single day. Learning English is a bit like doing a sport. You have to exercise on a regular basis. The idea of learning English within a certain period of time is an illusion. What happens to your body if you stop exercising? Your fitness starts decreasing. The same holds true for your language skills. English should become an integral part of your life. The first step towards this goal is to create an 'English media library' so you can surround yourself with English every day. Winners spend a substantial percentage of their time living in an English language environment.
Now, what exactly is an 'English media library'? It's a bit like your gym, the place where you perform your workouts. You can compare the English language media of your library to the equipment and machines in a gym: The more you have of them, the better. First, you need access to English TV and radio channels. Without them it's almost impossible to learn English. Check with your local cable TV company to see which English language channels you can already get from them. In addition you should google the phrase 'English radio channels' and you will find a great variety of stations that you can listen to through the Internet. Some of the most popular and widely used broadcasting companies are probably CNN and the BBC. On their websites you will find more information about their TV and radio programs.
