Could you tell me the meaning of that sentence:

She is out of sorts today.

Does it mean that she isn't feeling very well?

Exactly, Pivosz. To be or to feel out of sorts means to be slightly unwell.

"Out of sorts" is also used to describe a person who is in a bad mood or is irritable.
