Advice : If you really have that willingness and eagerness to improve your English ,

first of all you should listen or watch English songs , news , movies instead of your

native language . Besides , you ought to speak English and do your best no matter if

I am an physiacal disabilite person.that's why. i have never go to any school or collage.
I achieve a bit education at home.
Secondly.my mother tongue is urdu.therefore.i have some problem learn english.
please guid me how can i understan english word means in urdu..and how can i talk in english?

I could understand some words which constituted the sentences with or without its meanings, but I failed to remember or understand the sentences as a whole, and as a result only the whole meaning of the subject that I could understand.

Hi Trang,

How much time do you spend listening to English media every day and how many days have you listened so far? When you read the description of the 30/30 Challenge again you will find that you need to listen to English audio materials for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 30 consecutive days. Only if you complete this challenge will you have a chance to learn English properly.
