As indicated in the test answer, an Executive Snack Route Consultant is a potato chip delivery truck driver. The second expression doesn't sound half as prestigious, does it Laughing ? It doesn't even have the right to capital first letters! To put it in even plainer words, it's someone who delivers potato chips by lorry (or truck).

I'd say this is a perfect example of what an inferiority complex can do to some people, who will go to great (and ridiculous!) lengths to embellish names of professions and positions.

PS: Also, calling a newspaper delivery boy a 'media courier' is way over the top Shocked Laughing !
