Englishuser, let me make a note to your Gender speech, that sometimes you give classic examples of a teenage (unisex) behaviour.

My question for you is: is teenage behaviour or speech unisex? According to studies I'm familiar with teenage boys and girls tend to use language in different ways. This is a generalisation, of course, but I definitely think that there is something true in the statement. More interestingly: why are there differencies in the way teenage boys and girls use a language? Is it all about cultural factors or is there a genetic reason for this as well?
