You seem to feel that by twisting the more obvious meaning of the phrase, you can make an answer fit.
Multiple choice reading and comprehension tests do not work that way. You have to select the *best* word from the options each time. Otherwise you demonstrate a lack of comprehension.

No. You demonstrate a lack of comprehension -- full knowledge and understanding of something, in this case the 'something' being what has been written.
Perspective is a way of regarding something. It is the wrong word for the context of having to choose the best word each time.
