I've just looked up HSN1 (hereditary sensory neuropathy type 1), as I had never heard about it before. It seems to be some kind of bird flu virus, right? It sounds interesting, though perhaps a bit scary!
Living in the States means that you're most likely immersed in the English language. It should also give you the opportunity to practise on a regular, if not constant, basis.

yes, H5N1 is Bird flu, it is terrible, up to now, abot 230 peoples got infected by H5N1, 60% patients were fatal, have Spain tested H5N1 from Bird yet, I remembered many country tested H5N1 from Bird already, Ukraine, turkey and germany also,
