Hi Neven,
(to take long) or (to take too long) means (to take long time)
Also when you say (Don't take too long.) means (Don't take a long time.) or (Don't be late.)
Hope this leave you well.

Regards,
Nola

Children is plural, not 'flural'. Also, the word 'exline' does not exist. Your sentence should read 'Could you please tell me' or 'Could you please explain to me...'

Hallo Mr.Torsten,

I would like to know could I say this phrase so: ' Could you please explain me (without to)'? Or the meaning of the sentence will be wrong?
Could it be so: if we use this sentence with TO, it means, that we are talking to a person, who something don't understand.
if we use this sentence without To-it means to explain the people's anatomism
Could you correct me, please.

Mr. Torsten,
I reread your explanation and I'm totally confused, I can't understand why we use 'TELL ME' (without TO. Why we can't say "tell to me"?), but 'EXPLAIN TO ME' (with to).
Please, help me to deal with it
