Difference 'neat and tidy', 'clean and tidy', 'neat and clea

What is the difference in meaning between "neat and tidy","clean and tidy", and "neat and clean"?

Does "Love me do" exist in life conversations or it only exist in the song? ?

"Neat and tidy","clean and tidy", and "neat and clean" all mean the basically same thing to me. The main difference was that one isn't a typical collocation. I suppose "neat and clean" could be applied to a person whereas the expressions with "tidy" tend to indicate a place.

"Love me do" is known in the US because of the song. If it happened to be "unsung", the song would still be in the person's mind. Since the song is old, the younger generation is less likely to even sing the words. ;)
