Your sentence doesn't have enough context for me, so I'll just give you my own sentences as examples: ;)

of: This is exactly the opposite of what we expected.

with: Working with large, multi-national companies can be incredibly complicated and bureaucratic. The situation is usually just the opposite with small companies.
