I've found a good speaking lesson on the net. I think this lecture is very useful for learners and teachers of ESL. So please try it and see what it says. Here is the beginning part of the lecture. You can take the lessen on video from link below.

Speakers provide speech to listeners, not to themselves. If you ignore the listener, you are speaking to a mirror. This is so obvious, but how many learners think about the listener when they are studying or practicing? The most important thing to think about when you say something is how the listener can respond to what you say. Even with a limited vocabulary, you can speak a lot, by thinking of what you are providing.
But what exactly is being provided to the listener? (continues)

Dear Bob, Please try to use this forum as a platform for discussions rather than providing external links. There are thousands of websites that might be interesting and we can share experiences and opinions on them here on the forum.
By the way, my browser crashes on downloading that audio file and the same will happen to a large number of our visitors.
I'm sure you know a lot of topics we could talk about here without external links. Thanks.
