"Potential" (noun) and "potentiality"(noun) are interchangeable in these cases? If not, please eaplain the difference in meaning.

1. We often underestimate our potentialities.
We often underestimate our potentialitals.
2. She has a great potential as an artiste.
She has a great potentiality as an artiste.
3. The house has a lot of potential.
The house has a lot of potentiality.
4. The European market place offers excellent potential for increasing sales.
The European market place offers excellent potentiality for increasing sales.

Note that potential denotes qualities that can be developed and potentiality denotes quality
