I wonder if would exist this expresion:
"That bulinding will be unoccupied since 2010".
The problem I see is that I'm just talking about somehing that will happen in the future and use the expression "since"

We would properly use future perfect, Richard. If we are visionary and are speaking of the building at the point in time of, say, 2020:

That building will have been unoccupied since 2010.
