Conversationally it is possible, but it isn't correct to do so
(unless you add an indefinite article:
Don't you go to the theatre on a Saturday?)

I play football on Saturday.
I play football on Saturdays.

They mean practically the same, don't they?
They are fine, aren't they?

I play football on Saturday' is not grammatically correct to indicate habitual action.
'Saturday' is singular but you are speaking of a number of Saturdays.

Welcome, Samasonnet.

It would be more natural to say:
Will you answer me?
Shall I wait for your answer? / Am I waiting for your answer?

Do you read our every mail?
(every = all; each = single)
You could say
Do you read each and every mail? (one and all)

Do you feel bored sometimes...
...progress in learning the English language?

How do you explain the fact that I have listened to the English language through movies all of my life but I still have a big problems listening to English? (this could be improved by using 'a big problem understanding what is said.')

Do you think those are enough questions for now?

'Be much welcomed' is incorrect.
