do you know him? This is correct, other than the capital letter mentioned below.
does she is your sister? Is she your sister? Do you have a sister? Does she have a sister?
does it work? This is correct.
do i get that? It's correct, but you would only say this if someone was about to give you something you did not expect and you were asking this question in surprise to check that it really is yours. More commonly, you could say "Do you get that?" if you are checking that someone else understands what you are saying.
does he really a good guy? Is he really a good guy?
do they come with us? Are they coming with us? Will they be coming with us?
do they expect the same? Do they expect the same as us? Do they expect the same as we got?

Note that all these sentences should start with a capital letter. The pronoun 'I' (when referring to yourself) is also a capital letter.

You did well. Avoid 'Does it...' when you are talking about a human/animal.

"Does he like milk?"
"Does she like milk?"
"Does the cat like milk?"
"Does the child like milk?"

"Does it taste good?"

Note that I advised "avoid using it..." rather than said "never use it..."

You can use 'it' as a pronoun for animals when their sex is indeterminate.
"Is it a dog or a fox?"
"Look at that dog. Do you think it is vicious?"

Where the sex of the animal is known, then you should use 'he' or 'she' as you would with a person.

The question, "Does it like milk?" implies that somebody knows that particular animal quite well (I imagined their pet), so the sex is likely to have been predetermined.

In areas such as this, I would suggest you use clearer examples.
"Is it hot?"
"Is it wet?"
"Is it easy to carry?"
