Let me correct your sentences.
First you should use capital letters at the beginning of the sentencea.
Do I speak French well?
Is your sister working as an engineer?
Do you think that learning English is important?
Does he like playing football?
Does she love him?
Does it have any importance?
Please tell me your opinion.

concerning the last sentence, i didn,i mean that, when you changed the sentence ,you canged the meaning

I don't think so. The meaning is the same but is more polite this way.
Do you know how to write capital letters?
You can write capital letters with the help of Caps Lock or if you press the Shift and the letter at the same time. Please use it.

[Annu] As I know generally we tell someone about our habit/interest or ask another person. Here you are asking it to someone else about your liking, sounds unusual to me.
Do it bark?
[Annu] Does it bark? (I am assuming this question was asked to the dog owner.)
