3. These are Thomas's books.
4. These are Thomases's books.
5. These are Thomases' books.

I only like:
2. There are 3 Thomases in my class.

"There are three people named Thomas in my class."

Trying to talk about a group of books belonging to 3 different people named Thomas doesn't make sense and/or would not be something you're ever likely to have to actually say.

Just out of curiosity, is "Thomas" supposed to be the first or the last name?

Dear teacher,

If there are 6 books. these 6 books belong to these 3 Thomases.

So, I'd say 4,5 or 6?

Thanks

As I said, I don't like any of your options.

I would say "These 6 books belong to the three people named Thomas."
