there isn't any an accord was signed between Lebanon and Israel , you must know that Israel run away from Lebanon after it had occupied since 1982. and it made many and many of crimes and many of rapes and it destroyed Beirut " The capital of lebanon " and hundreds of villages and bridges.
and after that Israel kidnapped more than 10000 people ,most of them are women and children ...
