These 2 sentences are correct?

a.I'll come tomorrow because perhaps Alan will want me.

b. I'll come tomorrow in case Alan wants me.

(a) and (b) have the same meaning?

Well, yes they both mean roughly the same but they are not totally similar because you have used different words.
