Although old or conservative people may be against change, such an attitude hardly exists in the world of commerce.

Attitude, pressure or protest against change, therefore is a very minor concern for the entrepreneur-- or no concern at all. On the other hand, inertia-- the simple indisposition to motion or exertion-- in such areas as re-tooling production, worker re-training, etc is a fact which the entrepreneur must seriously consided.
