1.- At the moment we are trying to MAKE for the town
centre.

Can somebody tell me what is the meaning
of "make" in this sentece?

I am unable to get it. Cheers!

make for is a phrasal verb with the meaning 'move in the direction of smth.''

Actually, I thought it was a phrasal verb.
I was looking it up in dictionary.com but, I
don?t know why, I missed it. Very Happy I have gone
