Hello, I need your help concerning the TOEFL® preparation

I decided to try to pass my TOEFL. It is actually a big step for me! In order to get success, I want to know if you have any advice concerning the preparation of this exam.
If there are any good technics to learn the vocabulary, to improve the grammar and everything.
