Professor Jack Jonathon Zebedde Mangle-Wurzle

Which one is first name, middle name and last name?

Professor-- his title

Jack -- his first name

Jonathon Zebedde -- his two middle names (these plus his first name are his Christian names)

Mangle-Wurzle -- last or surname; it looks like a compound

PS: Rather odd spellings of his middle names, I think.
