Please read:

1.I ate dinner. Afterward, I took a walk.
2.I ate dinner. Afterward I took a walk.
3.I ate dinner. I took a walk, afterward.
4.I ate dinner. I took a walk afterward.
5.I ate dinner. I, afterward, took a walk.
6.I ate dinner. I afterward took a walk.
7.I ate dinner ;afterward, I took a walk.
8.I ate dinner; afterward I took a walk.
9.I ate dinner; I took a walk, afterward.
10.I ate dinner; I took a walk afterward.
11.I ate dinner; I, afterward, took a walk.
12.I ate dinner; I afterward took a walk.

I think all are correct. Is it right? How about your opinion?

All your options seem correct to me, Tung Quoc.

Since the first sentence is very short, personally, I'd say:

I had supper/dinner and then went out for/took a walk.

I think only 2 and 4 are correct.
Perhaps 3 if you want to stress you took a walk after dinner, not before.

The rest all make sense, but I don't think they are grammatically correct.
