All 2 sentences are correct?(Are both sentences correct?) |
Hi
Number two is correct.
Try these:
1- We stayed home because of cold weather. 2- We stayed home because the weather was cold. 3- We stayed home because of the fact that the weather was cold.

Hi Quoc
Your question (All 2 sentences are correct?) is incorrect.
Both of your sentences are correct (1 and 2).

Dear Amy
Could you please shed somelight on this? I was with the idea that it should be because of the fact...

. Oh, excuse me, Tom! You're absolutely right! I completely overlooked that missing of! It's a good thing we've got your eagle eye keeping watch. :D
Quoc,
Tom is absolutely right. Your first sentence must include the word "of": 1.Because of the fact that the weather was cold, we stayed home.
