. I don't like any of the sentences with wish. Is wish the word you're actually trying to practice? _________________ "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." ~ Abraham Lincoln |

Yes, teacher.
The use of "wish" is incorrect here? So, can you suggest another word instead of "wish" in this case?

. I'd suggest hope instead of wish and then the following sentences would be OK:
a.I hope he has a nice day tomorrow.
d.I hope he has a nice day today.
f.I hope he had a nice day today.
If you were trying to make some sentences with wish + an unreal situation:
- I wish he was/were rich. (but he isn't) - I wish my husband earned more money. (but he doesn't) _________________ "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." ~ Abraham Lincoln |

Dear teachers, It is correct if I say:
1.I hope he have a nice day tomorrow. 2.I hope he have a nice day today.
