.
I'd been hoping it wasn't just me who didn't know what an "o-s" was. .

I did manage to find a sentence online that ends with 11 prepositions, though:
"What did you bring that book that I didn't want to be read to out of about out back in Down Under up for?"
.

Nice find, Amy! Instructively funny, too (though more the second than the first, perhaps).

Dear Alan,

Does the title means which are the 11 most common prepositions between O-S ?
I understood in this sentence this way.

So:
1.on time: on Sunday etc./place: picture on the wall, get on the bus etc.
2.of a page of a book
3.off get off the train
4.onto jump onto the table
5.opposite I sat opposite him.
6.over walk over the bridge; over 16 years of age
7.out of get out of the taxi
8.outside You can park your car outside the house.
9.past ten past six
10.round They sail round the world.
11.since She hasn't phoned since she had moved.

I' ve chosen these 11.

It's hardly surprising you are confused by that sentence. Yeleandraht! The point of the joke sentence is to make a mockery of the silly 'rule' that you cannot end a sentence with a preposition.

If you're sure you want an explanation then I'll give it a go!

My guess is that the last part is slightly wrong, and this would be how it should be split:
What did you bring that book
that I didn't want to be read to out of
about the outback in Down Under
up for?

'out of' here means the same as 'from', and 'read to out of' basically means that the speaker didn't want anyone to read that particular book to them. (I don't want to be read to = I don't want anyone to read to me / I don't want to hear anything out of (from) that book.

Then...
What did you bring that book... up for? -- I presume the book must have been downstairs and the speaker/listener is upstairs. (Why did you bring that book up?)

And...
the book is about 'the Outback' (the remote bush country area) of Australia (which is often informally referred to as 'Down Under')

So...
The book is about the Australian Outback. The speaker didn't want anyone to read the information from the book to him. He wants to know why the listener brought it upstairs.

I know a similar, more understandable, and easier to parse, sentence:
What did you bring that book that I didn't want to be read to out of up for?
Five prepositions in a row.
