In the first case "Security" means protection, (from robbery, theft, vandalism etc). So a security company is a company that protects you, your premises, staff, assets . . .
In the second case "securities" referrs to form of financial holdings, or investments: long term investment to secure your furure. So a "securities company" is a finacial institution or broker.
