Nowadays people are stressed and more and more frequently depressed and desperate. It is all because of events going badly. However, it is true that sometimes an event that seems to be going badly turns out well after all. A such event in my life is when I had an injury after an accident.

To start with, it all happened last year during winter. I was snowboarding with a friend and because I was too eager I did not judged well the conditions of the path were we where snowboarding .It was cold and there was a lot of ice under the snow,a fact that I neglected. It all resulted in a terrible crash into a tree. I broke my shoulder. Despite the pain, I continued to snowboard hopping that everything was going to be all right,refusing to believe that I might have injured myself.

Soon enough,the terrible things started to occur in my mind. Sadly the crash happened the first day of my vacation and I had to stay at the hotel, because the doctor forbid me to snowboard. So I ruined my vacation. In addition, I understood that I might have a terrible deformation of my shoulder. A cosmetic thing,but me being so vain,I cried for a day. I was so mad at myself. I was worried that no girl will like me and that my girlfriend would leave or stay with me for a while from pitty.I was really depressed and scared.

Things turned out well after all. First, I did not write in school for a month and was the center of attention .I loved that. Second, the deformation after a few weeks seemed not so bad. They told me that an operation was possible but not desirable .I have decided not to risk .And third, although I was worried that my girlfriend might leave me,actually, our relationship grew stronger .We are still together and that is one of the main reasons why.

As seen above, sometimes things seem to be going badly ,but eventually everything fits. I believe that people should be more positive and this way the world will become a better place.

I fail to see how the world becoming better results from being positive. Please learn to put no space before but one space after a comma, and two spaces after a period.

I am a positive person, always looking for the good side of the difficulties. Is my belief that everything happens for a reason, and sometimes an event that seems to go badly can turn out well after all, as my first Europe trip with my brother.
After sixteen years attending to a German school, visit Germany was our dream life. For us Europe was, at that time extremely expensive; so we were waiting for years to have enough savings to afford it. The 1st January 2009 I called my brother and convinced him about travelling to Germany to take a language course next June. He consulted some friends and finally found a place to stay by an ancient woman in Frankfurt. A week after that the tickets were bought and enough money was saved to face the basics expenditures and the grade in Frankfurt.
Two weeks before the departure day our host had an issue and she could not house us. The tickets were either refundable or changeable and we were desperate. We didn’t have the budget for accommodation too. Suddenly the trip was out of reach.
Fortunately a friend told us about couchsurfing, an international social net, which was focus on hosting and “surfing” someone else couch around the world for free. We jointed it and sent hundreds of surfing requests for Germany. Finally two guys accepted us, one in Munich and the other one in Berlin. The language course was cancelled and we started our uncommon trip. This unexpected option was at the end perfect. We had an inspiring experience by ours hosts. We had the chance to participate in the local life and we visited places that we would never know as a normal tourist. Moreover we wandered around the country in spite of staying only in Frankfurt. In fact the surfing lowered the cost of travel, and let us to enjoy more things during the tour. As a result today we belong as formal members to the network and actually we host foreigners and we have been in Europe more than twice.
As I said before, one should never underestimate the Fate. Everything happens for a reason, even the worse situation. At the end the things you think would never happen, happen just like this story.
