We use the phrasal verb 'to wrap up' here because the meeting is about to end.
wrap something up (FINISH) phrasal verb [M] INFORMAL to complete something successfully: That just about wraps it up for today.

1.That just about wraps it up for today- please explain this sentence, it can be with other words.
2. In the sentence there is :'today', so why can't the Present Contunuos tense be as in : That just about is wrapping it up for today.?
