CBT - Quality of sound

Hi,

I have just downloaded the TOEFL POWERPREP which contains two TOEFL - CBT tests on toefl.org. The quality of sound is quite bad and it is difficult for me to understandwhat is said.

I have an other software which has a very good quality of sound.

SO, on the test day (CBT test), what is the quality of sound ?

That will depend entirely on the quality of the equipment at your test location. Nevertheless, the TOEFL people are generally very assiduous in assuring good sound quality for the listening portion of the test.

I took CBT exam today and the sound really bad because of the deep tone and speak a bit fast I think
