Plese read:

1."it" can be either a subject or an object.

2."it" can be a subject or an object.

Do you think (1) and (2) have the same meaning? If yes, that means either... or.. = ....or.... in all cases?

If no, what is the difference btw either... or.. and ....or.... ?

Hmm. They carry essentially the same meaning to me. Without either, there may be suggested the remote possibility of further options.
