Please read:

We've been having trouble getting staff.

1/ The subject of "getting" is we. Am I right?
2/ What does getting staff mean?
3/Could you interpret the meaning of this sentence?

Thanks
Quoc

PS: I understand nothing about this sentence.

Hi,

Your sentence:

Quote:
We've been having trouble getting staff.

means: It has been difficult for us to find staff (employees) we can employ.
