Just 4 questions to gre® prep

HI,
everyone i am Neeshu Praveen from india, i have completed my
Bachelors degree in information technology, now i want to
persue my masters degree from some reputed college abroad
i am looking forward to GRE but i have these questions please help me out

1) Should i search for college before actually giving the GRE.
2) I can manage the english part the quantitive part is tuff for me how much emphasis should i give to that is there any helps, any books you can provide.
3) After clearing the GRE will the colleges give me scholarship and provide me with free seats or still i will have to pay my fees as you know.
dollars for me is like diamonds for beggars.
4) last and the major question i live in Uttar pradesh india, what will i give a CBT or Paper based test. Is there any difference between the two paperstyles.
