Hi

Actually, I'd have said "David Beckham's falling out with"
(David Beckham's quarrel or disagreement with).

I'd use the word fallout differently (American English).

Here is a link to an online dictionary. If you scroll down, you'll find the definitions of
the phrasal verbs fall through, fall behind, fall back and fall out:
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/fall%20out

And here you'll find definitions for the noun fallout:
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/fall%20out

Fallout means the detonation of a nuclear bomb, but the figurative meaning of quarrel should also be OK in my opinion...

The argument originated from the decision.
tend his ailing son = look after his ailing son (also 'tend to his ailing son')
