Please read:

1.She told me she would be late.
2.She said to me she would be late.
3.She said she would be late.

I think all have the same meaning.
Am I right? If not, what is the difference in meaning btw them?

I would only use (2) if you want to stress "to me" for some special reason, otherwise it doesn't sound very natural.
