Hi,

What's the correct word when I've a phone call and want to end but will call him back after a few minutes?

I put down the receiver now but will call you back later.
I finish the call now but will call you back later.

Hi Attila,

I think I would say: I'll ring off now and call you back later.

.
Americans would more likely say, 'I have to hang up now, but I'll call you back later'. Ring off is a Briticism.
