Dear Torsten,

Thank you for the lesson No 9. As you can see I'm back to the forum, it means my vacation is over!!!

Here are my sentences:

I do not speak French.I do not eat pig. I do not play football.

You do not watch "John and Kate +8".Kate doesn't have 6 kids, she has 8 kids. We, my mother and I do not watch it in English, we can watch only Russian translation. But if you do not like it , you can watch some other programs.

"Sorry" doesn't seem to be the hardest word for me. ("for me" or "to me"???????????)

Regards,

~Phoebe Kiprida

Hi Ralf,
your corrections are fine!
But you are too lenient towards Swati.
First tell her/him to write normal scrift.
To me it is an optical-terror to read scrifts written in capital letters.
Then, it is not at all fine, if each sentence involves a mistake.
Of course you can encourage, saying good ideas have been tried to be expressed.
I recognise you have a good command of good English.
I must confess, I am not free from committing errors.
It was nice to join you here for a moment.
