Here are some sentences for the usage of the negative forms.

I don't speak Turkish.
You don't eat any food.
He doesn't sleep well.
We don't use train for traveling.
You don't like him.
They don't have a baby yet.

Please observe the differences.
Use capital letters at the beginning of the sentences.
