Hi Jeanluc,

You can turn on the radio, light or TV, that means you adjust the controls of the device so that it starts working.

When you tune into a particular channel or station, you set the controls on your radio or TV so that you can listen to or watch that channel or station, then your radio or TV is tuned to a particular station or channel.
