Hello teacher!
If possible, we put "nothing". Therefore, right or wrong?
e.g: I want you to tell me the truth.
Anyway can we say: I want you to tell me the exactly truth.

If possible, we put "nothing". Therefore, right or wrong? e.g: I want you to tell me the truth. -- That's usually all you need, yes.

I want you to tell me the exact truth.-- As amended, this is grammatically correct now, but 'exact truth' is much like 'real truth': generally unnecessary.

Hello, Wly - and welcome to English-test.net.

I want you to tell the whole truth -- This is the common idiom. It comes from legal language, where a witness in a trial is enjoined to 'tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.'

You can use your version if you like, but 'the whole truth' is more idiomatic.

But I also think that the "exact truth " is right, if someone told me a so-called truth but I suspect its authenticity, I might say this phrase. So could you explain it for me why the exact truth is not correct. Thank you.

I repeat: 'I want you to tell the whole truth' -- This is the common idiom. 'Exact truth' is not idiomatic.

Your question is very general and some of those words are not closely related.
Have you tried being an independent learner and comparing the words in a Learner's Dictionary?
