Can we say this in Present Simple and Continuous if we mean an arrangement: I am going there at 5 or I go there at 5.
Grateful a lot!

On the third day I felt better.
or (less commonly, as it is old fashioned)
On the third day, I felt better in myself.

It refers to a future action, so 'I go there' is incorrect.
I am going there at 5

'I will be going there at 5.' is also possible.

I go there at 5 is all right if you mean that it has been arranged for me to go there at 5.
