Help in universities (Electronics and Telecommunication)

Hi everyone,
I took my Gre test a few days ago and i ended up with a very average score of 1320 (550V + 770Q). I have completed by B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication and have an overall aggregate of above 60% which is a first class.My university does not support GPA.Now i would like to apply for MS in the field of Telecommunication. Could anyone suggest universities to which i should apply.I would also like to know how good are Drexel,Lehigh,polytechnic,syracuse,rutgers,santa clara, roosevelt, Suny and george washington.
