Are the above expressions correct and which of them sounds more natural?

For Instance:
It seems necessary/..to be necessary to ask this question, as Google didn?t offer me a satisfying answer.

Both are fine and interchangeable: the be-infinitive is often omitted in this formation, as a leaner expression.

It seems (to be) obvious/ridiculous/etc that...
