1...Delighted means 'very happy', 'very pleased'.
2...Do you have an English dictionary? It is good to have an English dictionary, if you can get one. There are special English dictionaries for ESL students and they can be very useful to you in learning English. They not only tell you what a word means but also make a sentence using that word.
3...You should say ''What does the word delighted mean?''.
