Advice is used as an uncountable noun. If you want to suggest a singular/plural idea, you use the words piece of advice.

Advice is an uncountable noun, it's a so-called mass noun just like the word information. So, you can't say 'an information' or 'an advice' just as you can't say 'an air' or 'a salt', so it's some advice, some information etc.
