We all work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion,what are some important characteristics of a co-worker? Use reasons and specefic examples to explain why these characteristics are important.

In work area, we can meet a vary kinds of people everyday.
Some of them have a matchful code with you and some of them don't. There are many regarding facts to examine them, whether they became good co-worker or not for me, I usually consider next three factors.

First, they need the skill of coperation. As you see, the word "co-worker" includes meaning "coperative" already.
For making the project sucessfully, a brainstorming between workers is absoultly important. To put the idea together, they should listen other's opinions not only insist their own ideas.

Secondly, the good intelligent ability also essential fact. To solve the problem which your team can meet, if your co-worker have a special ability to help it, you are gratified with his(her) help. Don't forget the fact you are working in job position not the social gathering. To make a fortune together in the business area, the strong intelligence is always needed.

Thirdly, their personality should be outgoing to keep the good relationship with their companies. I saw several cases that the people quit a job finally even they have enough intelligence and better background for the special job position because they failed to build the social skills with their co-worker or boss. Your co-worker are also another kind of family in your life. Without keeping on the good relationship with them, you can not work comfortably at your company.

Of course, there are many regardable factors to be the best co-woker for you, but I want to work with collegues who have the three personalities, which I mentioned above, in same company.
