Hi Yankee,

Here are my opinions. Please correct them.

A.Two ungradable adjectives from the same class:

1.The political, financial conditions. I
2.The political financial conditions. "mechanically" correct.
3.The financial political conditions. "mechanically" correct.
4.The financial,political conditions. I

Whether the "mechanically correct" groups of words can be used in a meaningful way is questionable. You would have to prove this choice of words to me using a complete sentence. If you cannot do that, then the groups of words should be considered incorrect.

B. More than two ungradable adjectives from the same class:

6.The political, financial,economic conditions. I
7.The political financial economic conditions. I
8.The political, financial and economic conditions. C This refers to three separate and distinct sets of conditions: conditions A, conditions B and conditions C.
This does not refer to one set of conditions that has three different kinds of characterisics.

9.Those are financial economic polotical conditions. I
10.Those are economic financial polotical conditions. I
11.Those are financial polotical economic conditions. I
12Those are polotical economic financial conditions . I
13.Those are economic polotical financial conditions. I
