Help please - SAT® - beginner

hi...

im 14 yrs old and i live in Brunei, where people dont know much about SAT exams. im doing my SAt exams next year and i want get a really good score. So, i am planning to study hard from the beginning.

im not rich, so i can't buy books or subscribe online.

Can anyone please help me? can you tell me what to learn and the best ways to learn stuff..

Is there any site where you could download practice tests for free? .. i tried collegeboard but its not really working..

P.S. I'm not sure if they have them in brunei, but try to apply for a fee waiver for the SAT test.
