when ever you are using quarter it means like this
(28,29,45,55,45,44,58,38,39,48,50,51,52,53,54 ) it is quater

2-it is one thirty. (It is half past one ) half is the only one to use 30 minute nothing else

3- It is eleven fifteen.(It is a quarter past fifteen) only use 15minutes nothing else

4- It is six twenty.(It is twenty past six) only use 20 minutes nothing else .
